About Me

I've worked in the mental health field for more than 10 years, beginning as a case manager supporting individuals living with schizophrenia. Since then, I've worked in substance use treatment, provided services at the Oklahoma County Jail, and built my own private practice.

Along the way, I've managed my own billing, credentialing, CAQH profiles, and commercial insurance enrollment in both private practice and agency settings. Today, I also provide administrative and virtual assistant support to a behavioral health agency in Oregon, giving me firsthand experience with the day-to-day operations of growing practices.

People often ask how I found my way into credentialing and billing.  The honest answer is that I didn't plan to start this business.

After losing my husband, I experienced an unexpected change in my family's income. I needed to build something that would support me financially, but I also wanted it to have purpose.

I began helping therapists navigate credentialing and insurance paperwork. Then I discovered something unexpected—I genuinely love it.

I enjoy creating order out of chaos, building efficient systems, solving complex problems, and finding ways to make life easier for therapists so they can focus on the work they love.

What has surprised me most, though, is the relationships. I love answering questions, brainstorming solutions, and celebrating milestones as clinicians grow practices they're proud of.

That isn't just a tagline—it's how I choose to run my business.

I intentionally keep my client list manageable so I can give each clinician personalized attention. When you have a question, I want you to feel comfortable reaching out and know you'll receive thoughtful guidance from someone who knows your practice.

You're never just another application or another name on a spreadsheet. My goal is to be a trusted resource as your practice grows.
