I’ve worked in the mental health field for over 10 years, starting as a case manager supporting individuals living with schizophrenia. That early experience gave me a deep respect for the structure, documentation, and systems that quietly hold good care together.
I later spent three years working with individuals in recovery from substance use disorders before earning licensure and providing services at the Oklahoma County Jail. Throughout most of these roles, I handled my own billing and credentialing—both as an individual provider and within agency settings.
For the past eight years, I’ve managed insurance billing, CAQH profiles, and commercial panel enrollment firsthand. I also currently provide virtual assistant and administrative support to a behavioral health agency in Oregon, which keeps me closely connected to the day-to-day needs of growing practices.
Lotus Mind Services grew out of a season when my husband’s health required consistent attention. Providing therapy while living in crisis is hard, and I needed flexible work that still kept me connected to the field. What I discovered was that I truly enjoy the administrative side of private practice—and helping clinicians feel less alone in it.
Today, I offer credentialing, consultation, and administrative support for clinicians who want clarity and steady guidance behind the scenes. I value clear communication, quick responses when possible, and helping you move through the process without unnecessary delays—so you can stay focused on your clients and your vision.
