Monthly Billing

Because I've been where you are. A new practice doesn't have a full caseload in month one, and I don't think you should pay big-company fees while you're building up to it. My billing fee is based on what you've actually collected - so it starts small and grows as you do.

I'm not trying to be needed forever. As we work together, I'll show you the tricks - what payers look for, the mistakes that get claims denied, what to catch before it becomes a problem. You'll understand your own billing better every month, so you can decide down the road whether to keep me or handle it yourself. Either answer is a good one.

That's the difference between a biller and a partner: a biller keeps you dependent. I'd rather you never need to pay someone to untangle your claims again.

A note in the interest of honesty: no biller can guarantee payment. Insurance companies make the final call on every claim, and denials are sometimes outside anyone's control. What I can promise is clean claims, fast follow-up, and that you'll always know exactly where things stand.
