Attach the required forms
Information to gather: W9, NPI #, Taxonomy Codes. Depending on insurance panel, more attachments may be required.

Regular updates
Forward emails from the panels as needed to confirm the application
24-48 hours from receiving your information to submitting the application
I will keep a copy of your contract and/or approval information for you as backup.
