Credentialing - Commercial Insurance
Application # and email will be forwarded once application is completed. Communication every step of the way. You are not billed until the application is submitted. Acceptance to the panel is not guaranteed. Gaps in employment can keep you from being accepted.

Credentialing - Medicare
This is a newer service being provided by Lotus Mind Services. It's a lengthy process, with much more paperwork required.
Banking information is required for their application. Each form that is required, will be sent to you and need to be returned. More communication will be needed between us to complete this process. All information on each page submitted has to match exactly to other information provided. It's a time consuming process, but can be accomplished. All signatures have to be "wet" signatures, meaning no digital or typed fonts.

Initial Setup
CAQH is generally required for all insurance credentialing. It needs to be updated regularly and attested every 120 days. United requires it to not only be updated, but it pulls information from CAQH into the application.
120 day Reattestation
This will be tracked and regularly updated for you. One more thing you won't have to worry about updating.
